If your goals are to make “X” this year in gross profit, or to gain “Y” in market share, or to increase customer retention by “Z”, then what are you doing to integrate those goals into everything you do from accounting, benchmarking, department by department management and tracking of key performance indicators, and conducting a thorough SWOT analysis and review of your business plan and mission statement??Ǭ†
In other words, goals are not met without the entire team and organization at evey single level being?Ǭ†aware of and working toward them.?Ǭ† Each person and department?Ǭ†must also be given?Ǭ†their own?Ǭ†goals, budgets?Ǭ†and?Ǭ†tracking tools to carry their own weight and participate in the company goals.?Ǭ†
Naturally your marketing goals and budget must also be aligned with the company goals.?Ǭ†
